RediTrex (methotrexate injection)

RediTrex (methotrexate) injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor indicated for the management of patients with severe, active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA), who are intolerant of or had an inadequate response to first-line therapy; and for symptomatic control of severe, recalcitrant, disabling psoriasis in adults who are not adequately responsive to other forms of therapy.
The drug is often used to treat Arthritis , Psoriasis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- night sweats,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- weight loss,
- confusion,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- vision problems,
- seizure,
- headache,
- wheezing,
- weakness,
- trouble swallowing,
- sore throat,
- skin pain,
- little or no urination,
- swelling in your feet or ankles,
- drowsiness,
- muscle cramps,
- right-sided upper stomach pain,
- irritableness,
- burning in your eyes,
- red or swollen gums,
- red or purple skin rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling,
- tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth
- cough with mucus,
- neck stiffness,
- dry cough,
- fast or slow heart rate, and
- blood in your urine or stools,
- swelling around your midsection,
- blisters or ulcers in your mouth,
- sudden chest pain,
- loss of movement in any part of your body,
- swollen lymph glands,
- skin changes such as redness, warmth, swelling, or oozing,
- coordination problems,
