Methadose Oral Concentrate (methadone hydrochloride oral concentrate) is a narcotic pain reliever, similar to morphine, used as a pain reliever and as part of drug addiction detoxification and maintenance programs. Methadose Oral Concentrate is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • dizziness,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • diarrhea
  • sweating,
  • agitation,
  • shivering,
  • vomiting, and
  • hallucinations,
  • fast or pounding heartbeats,
  • twitching,
  • fast heart rate,
  • weak or shallow breathing,
  • loss of coordination,
  • blue colored lips,
  • muscle stiffness,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat,
  • severe constipation,
  • slow breathing with long pauses,
  • breathing that stops during sleep,
  • worsening tiredness or weakness,
  • difficult to arouse,
