Mepsevii (vestronidase alfa-vjbk) injection is a recombinant human lysosomal beta glucuronidase indicated in pediatric and adult patients for the treatment of Mucopolysaccharidosis VII (MPS VII, Sly syndrome).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- rash,
- diarrhea,
- itching
- severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis),
- infusion site leakage or swelling,
- swelling of the extremities, and
