Marqibo (vincristine sulfate liposome injection)

Marqibo (vinCRIStine sulfate liposome injection) is a vinca alkaloid indicated for the treatment of adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative (Ph-) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in second or greater relapse or whose disease has progressed following two or more anti-leukemia therapies.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• vomiting,
• diarrhea,
• fever,
• easy bruising,
• unusual bleeding,
• pale skin,
• cold hands and feet,
• chills,
• stomach pain,
• cough,
• mouth sores,
• severe tiredness,
• skin sores,
• shortness of breath
• severe ongoing nausea,
• lightheadedness, and
• severe constipation,
• bloating,
• numbness, tingling, weakness, or burning pain in your hands or feet,
