Lysodren (mitotane) is an antineoplastic (anticancer) medication used to treat cancer of the adrenal gland (adrenal cortical carcinoma).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache,
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- loss of appetite,
- skin rash.
- tiredness,
- drowsiness,
- depression, or
- spinning sensation (vertigo),
- unusual weakness,
