Lynparza (olaparib capsules for oral administration)

Lynparza (olaparib) is an inhibitor of the mammalian polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme used as monotherapy in patients with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA mutated advanced ovarian cancer who have been treated with three or more prior lines of chemotherapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- weight loss,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- chest pain,
- wheezing,
- weakness,
- cough,
- mouth sores,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- skin sores,
- blood in your urine or stools,
- rapid breathing, and
- lightheaded,
- pain or swelling in your arm or leg,
- fast heartbeats
