Lupkynis (voclosporin capsules)

Lupkynis (voclosporin) is a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant indicated in combination with a background immunosuppressive therapy regimen for the treatment of adult patients with active lupus nephritis (LN).

The drug is often used to treat Lupus .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • shortness of breath,
  • chest pain,
  • nausea,
  • headache,
  • numbness,
  • blurred vision,
  • weakness,
  • pale skin,
  • tiredness,
  • lightheadedness, and
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • confusion, 
  • seizures, 
  • cold hands and feet
  • pain or burning when you urinate, 
  • tremors, 
  • vision changes, 
  • tingling,
  • unusual tiredness, 
  • severe headache, 
  • pounding in your neck or ears, 
  • little or no urination, 
  • irregular heartbeats, 
  • tingly feeling,
  • swelling in your feet or ankles, 
  • feeling less alert, 
  • loss of movement,
