Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab-axgb injection)

Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab-axgb) is a bispecific CD20-directed CD3 T-cell engager indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma after two or more lines of systemic therapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- chest pain,
- dizziness,
- low blood pressure,
- headache,
- sweating,
- weakness,
- cough,
- fast or shallow breathing,
- sore throat,
- fast or irregular heartbeat,
- drowsiness,
- loss of consciousness,
- anxiety,
- high fever,
- abdominal pain,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- fast heartrate,
- frequent urination,
- numbness and tingling,
- upper respiratory infection,
- personality changes,
- cold or clammy skin,
- difficulty focusing,
- forgetfulness,
- trouble making decisions,
- difficulty following instructions,
- poor memory,
- trouble reading or writing,
- rambling speech,
- abnormal lab work (decreased hemoglobin, platelets, neutrophils)
- pain near the rectum,
- sores in the mouth,
- sores near the rectum,
- difficulty breathing while laying down, and
- increased difficulty breathing
