Zylet (loteprednol etabonate and tobramycin) is a combination of a corticosteroid and an antibiotic used to treat eye inflammation caused by surgery, infection, allergies, and other conditions.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• blurred vision,
• tunnel vision,
• seeing halos around lights,
• redness,
• pain behind your eyes,
• sudden vision changes,
• severe discomfort, and
• severe pain,
• burning or stinging when using the eye drops,
• slow healing after eye surgery, 
• crusting or drainage
