Lo Loestrin FE (norethindrone acetate-ethinyl estradiol-ferrous fumarate)

Lo Loestrin Fe (norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol, ethinyl estradiol tablets) is a packet of two combination drugs and two placebo tablets used for prevention of pregnancy in women.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • dark urine,
  • rash,
  • lightheadedness,
  • confusion,
  • rapid breathing,
  • mood changes,
  • severe stomach pain,
  • slurred speech,
  • unusual sweating,
  • weakness on one side of the body,
  • trouble breathing,
  • vision changes,
  • itching, and
  • sudden dizziness,
  • yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice),
  • new or worsening depression,
  • double vision,
  • severe dizziness,
  • lack of coordination,
  • breast lumps,
  • sudden shortness of breath,
  • unusual headaches,
  • partial or complete blindness,
  • swelling of the face, tongue or throat
  • sudden severe headaches,
  • worsening migraines,
  • unusual changes in menstrual periods (continuous spotting, sudden heavy bleeding, missed periods),
  • pain in your chest, jaw and left arm,
  • pain, swelling or warmth in the groin or calf,
