Tradjenta (linagliptin)
type of Antidiabetics, Dipeptyl Peptidase-IV Inhibitors
Tradjenta (linagliptin) tablets are indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- shortness of breath,
- fast heartbeats,
- sore throat,
- rapid weight gain,
- swelling in your face or tongue,
- burning in your eyes, and
- severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back,
- blisters,
- breakdown of the outer layer of skin,
- severe or ongoing pain in your joints,
- swelling in your legs or feet,
