Lignospan Standard (lidocaine HCl 2% and epinephrine 1:50,000 injection) contains a local anesthetic agent and a vasoconstrictor indicated for the production of local anesthesia for dental procedures by nerve block or infiltration techniques.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- itching,
- vomiting,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- severe headache,
- blurred vision,
- back pain,
- headache,
- wheezing,
- fainting,
- nervousness,
- weakness,
- restlessness,
- chest pain or pressure,
- fast or irregular heartbeat,
- drowsiness,
- seizures,
- anxiety,
- depression,
- vision changes,
- red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever,
- unusual hoarseness,
- slow breathing,
- twitching,
- ringing in your ears,
- indigestion,
- excitement,
- severe dizziness,
- feeling hot or cold,
- blue or gray color of the lips, nails, or skin,
- little or no urine,
- burning or tingling,
- loss of bladder or bowel control,
- shakiness,
- increased sensitivity to light
- rapid or shallow breathing,
- inability to maintain an erection,
- paralysis or tingling in the lower half of the body,
- stiff neck, and
