Lignospan Forte (lidocaine HCl 2% and epinephrine 1:50,000 injection) contains a local anesthetic agent and a vasoconstrictor indicated for the production of local anesthesia for dental procedures by nerve block or infiltration techniques.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• itching,
• vomiting,
• lightheadedness,
• shortness of breath,
• confusion,
• rapid breathing,
• tiredness,
• severe headache,
• wheezing,
• fainting,
• nervousness,
• weakness,
• restlessness,
• chest pain or pressure,
• fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat,
• drowsiness,
• seizures,
• anxiety,
• abdominal pain,
• red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever,
• tightness in the chest or throat,
• unusual hoarseness,
• twitching,
• depression, and
• upset stomach,
• numbness or tingling,
• trouble swallowing or talking,
• severe dizziness,
• excitement
• feeling hot or cold,
• blue or gray color of the lips, nails, or skin,
• ringing in the ears,
• blurry vision,
• shakiness,
• change in eyesight,
