Quixin (levofloxacin ophthalmic solution 0.5%)

Quixin (levofloxacin ophthalmic solution 0.5%) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the eyes. Quixin is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- fever,
- sore throat
- headache, or
- sensitivity of the eyes to light,
- feeling as if something is in the eye,
- temporary blurred or decreased vision,
- temporary stinging/burning/pain/discomfort in the eyes,
- dry or itchy eyes,
