Xopenex HFA (levalbuterol tartrate) Inhalation Aerosol is a bronchodilator used to treat reversible obstructive airway conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema.

The drug is often used to treat Asthma , Bronchitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • vomiting,
  • cough,
  • sore throat,
  • runny or stuffy nose,
  • dry mouth and throat,
  • muscle pain, or
  • nervousness,
  • trouble sleeping (insomnia),
  • anxiety,
  • diarrhea.
  • shaking (tremor),
