Lutrate Depot (leuprolide acetate for depot suspension) is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist indicated for palliative treatment of advanced prostatic cancer.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- diarrhea,
- dizziness,
- constipation,
- joint pain,
- back pain,
- headache,
- itching
- flushing,
- urinary tract infection (UTI),
- pain in extremities,
- frequent urination,
- bone pain,
- upper respiratory infection,
- fatigue/weakness,
- injection site pain or discomfort,
- nighttime urination,
- abdominal pain/discomfort,
- urinary tract pain,
- high blood pressure (hypertension), and
