Lenvima (lenvatinib capsules)
type of Antineoplastics, VEGF Inhibitor
Lenvima (lenvatinib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat patients with locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- stomach pain,
- weight gain,
- fainting,
- unusual tiredness,
- slow wound healing,
- fast or irregular heartbeat,
- confusion, and
- seizures,
- unusual sweating,
- weakness on one side of the body,
- severe dizziness
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- persistent nausea or vomiting,
- yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice),
- trouble speaking,
- mental or mood changes,
- change in the amount of urine,
- muscle spasms,
- slow heartbeat,
- severe dizziness,
- cold intolerance,
- sudden vision changes,
- sudden weight gain,
- frothy urine,
- swelling ankles or feet,
- redness, pain, swelling, or blisters on the palms of your hands or soles of your feet,
- easy bleeding or bruising,
- chest, jaw, left arm pain,
- bloody or black, tarry stools,
- bloody vomit,
- president headaches,
