Latuda (lurasidone hydrochloride) is an atypical antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia.
The drug is often used to treat Schizophrenia .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- confusion,
- chills,
- dry mouth,
- sweating,
- cough,
- trouble swallowing,
- sore throat,
- increased thirst,
- increased urination,
- fruity breath odor,
- ill feeling,
- mouth sores,
- very stiff (rigid) muscles,
- high fever,
- impotence,
- trouble breathing,
- skin sores,
- sudden weakness,
- swollen gums,
- cold or flu symptoms,
- hunger,
- tremors
- convulsions (seizures),
- irregular menstrual periods,
- pain when swallowing,
- fast or uneven heartbeats, and
- new or unusual muscle movements,
- breast or vaginal changes,
- nipple discharge (in women),
- breast swelling (in men),
