Larin Fe 1.5/30 (norethindrone acetate/ethinyl estradiol and ferrous fumarate) is a is a combination of female hormones progestogen and estrogen, with iron supplement tablets, used to prevent pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Larin Fe is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • loss of appetite,
  • dark urine,
  • tiredness,
  • clay-colored stools,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
  • severe headache,
  • blurred vision,
  • pounding in your neck or ears,
  • sweating,
  • weakness,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • slurred speech,
  • problems with vision or balance,
  • coughing up blood,
  • sudden vision loss,
  • mood changes
  • sudden severe headache,
  • stabbing chest pain,
  • pain or warmth in one or both legs,
  • swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet,
  • change in the pattern or severity of migraine headaches,
  • sleep problems,
  • breast lump,
  • feeling short of breath,
  • tired feeling, and
  • sudden numbness or weakness (especially on side of the body),
