Takhzyro (lanadelumab-flyo injection)

Takhzyro (lanadelumab-flyo) is a plasma kallikrein inhibitor (monoclonal antibody) indicated for prophylaxis to prevent attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE) in patients 12 years and older.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • lightheadedness
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, and

  • Berinert ([c1 esterase inhibitor (human)] freeze-dried powder)
  • Orladeyo (berotralstat capsules)
  • Cinryze (c1 esterase inhibitor [human] freeze dried powder)
  • Ruconest (c1 esterase inhibitor [recombinant] intravenous injection)
  • Haegarda (c1 esterase inhibitor subcutaneous [human] injection)
  • Kalbitor (ecallantide injection)
  • Firazyr (icatibant injection for subcutaneous administration)
  • Sajazir (icatibant injection, for subcutaneous use)
