Lamzede (velmanase alfa-tycv) is recombinant human lysosomal alpha-mannosidase indicated for the treatment of non-central nervous system manifestations of alpha-mannosidosis in adult and pediatric patients.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- skin redness,
- vomiting,
- low blood pressure,
- fever, and
- tremor
- bluish or grayish color of the skin, nails, lips or around the eyes,
