Trandate (labetalol)

Trandate (labetalol) is a beta-blocker used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Trandate is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • loss of appetite,
  • itching,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • severe headache,
  • blurred vision,
  • pounding in your neck or ears,
  • swelling,
  • flu-like symptoms,
  • fainting,
  • stomach pain (upper right side),
  • slow heart rate,
  • rapid weight gain,
  • dark urine, and
  • slow breathing,
  • weak pulse,
