Kymriah (tisagenlecleucel suspension for intravenous infusion)
type of CAR-T Cell Therapies
Kymriah (tisagenlecleucel) is aCD19-directed genetically modified autologous T cell immunotherapy indicated for the treatment of patients up to 25 years of age with B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that is refractory or in second or later relapse.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- lightheadedness,
- chills,
- body aches,
- cough
- agitation,
- unusual tiredness,
- flu symptoms,
- headaches,
- mouth sores,
- anxiety,
- trouble breathing,
- unusual thoughts or behavior,
- skin sores,
- tremors,
- unusual bleeding, and
- trouble speaking or understanding what is said to you,
