Kisqali Femara Co-Pack (ribociclib tablets; letrozole tablets) is a co-packaged product containing a kinase inhibitor and an aromatase inhibitor indicated as initial endocrine-based therapy for the treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • loss of appetite,
  • dark urine,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • tiredness,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • chest pain,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • sore throat,
  • burning eyes,
  • skin pain,
  • red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
  • fast or pounding heartbeats,
  • sudden dizziness,
  • mouth sores, and
  • cough with or without mucus,
  • right-sided stomach pain,
  • skin sores
