Kisqali (ribociclib tablets)

Kisqali (ribociclib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated in combination with an aromatase inhibitor as initial endocrine-based therapy for the treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • dark urine,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • shortness of breath,
  • stomach pain,
  • chest pain,
  • cough
  • fainting,
  • sore throat,
  • yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice),
  • swollen lymph nodes,
  • severe dizziness,
  • chills, and
  • fast, or irregular heartbeat,
