Ketek (telithromycin) is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in the lungs and sinuses.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,

  • vaginal itching or discharge
  • mild diarrhea,
  • a strange taste in the mouth, or
