Keppra (levetiracetam)

Keppra (levetiracetam) is an anti-epileptic drug (AED) (antoconvulsant) often used in conjunction with other drugs to treat types of seizures in people with epilepsy.

The drug is often used to treat Epilepsy .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • fever,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • weakness, and
  • hallucinations,
  • unusual changes in mood or behavior,
  • extreme drowsiness,
  • loss of balance or coordination,
  • feeling very weak or tired,
  • difficulty walking or moving,
  • skin rash, no matter how mild,
  • easily bruising,
  • other signs of infection
