Kenalog Spray (triamcinolone acetonide) is a topical corticosteroid indicated for the relief of itching due to skin irritation. Kenalog Spray is available as a generic drug.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• shortness of breath,
• severe skin rash,
• difficulty swallowing, and
• skin infections
