Kanjinti (trastuzumab-anns for injection)

Kanjinti (trastuzumab-anns) is a HER2/neu receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of HER2 overexpressing breast cancer and the treatment of HER2 overexpressing metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• shortness of breath,
• chest pain,
• nausea,
• headache,
• lightheadedness,
• dizziness,
• blurred vision,
• vomiting,
• weakness,
• fever,
• chills,
• pale skin,
• tiredness,
• swelling,
• decreased urination, and
• hives, 
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• wheezing, 
• easy bruising, 
• confusion, 
• rapid weight gain, 
• skin sores, 
• unusual bleeding, 
• muscle cramps, 
• pounding heartbeats, 
• fluttering in your chest, 
• severe headache, 
• pounding in your neck or ears, 
• fast or slow heart rate,
• trouble swallowing,
• chest tightness, 
• cold hands and feet, 
• new or worsening cough, 
• red or swollen gums,
• blisters or ulcers in your mouth, 
• itchiness, 
• fever with shortness of breath or rapid breathing, 
• tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth

• Aromasin (exemestane)
• Clomid (clomiphene)
• Femara (letrozole)
• Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate)
