Jynarque (tolvaptan) is a selective vasopressin V2-receptor antagonist indicated to slow kidney function decline in adults at risk of rapidly progressing autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- rash,
- indigestion,
- dry skin,
- bloating,
- thirst,
- heart palpitations
- decreased appetite,
- nighttime urination,
- increased urination (both in volume and frequency),
- high uric acid in the blood, and
