Jylamvo (methotrexate oral solution)

Jylamvo (methotrexate) is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as part of a combination chemotherapy maintenance regimen, for treatment of adults with mycosis fungoides, for treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory non- Hodgkin lymphoma as part of a metronomic combination regimen, for treatment of adults with rheumatoid arthritis, and for treatment of adults with severe psoriasis.

The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • dark urine,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • night sweats,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • weight loss,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • chest pain,
  • vision problems,
  • seizure,
  • headache,
  • wheezing,
  • weakness,
  • trouble swallowing,
  • sore throat,
  • skin pain,
  • little or no urination,
  • stomach pain (upper right side),
  • mouth sores,
  • swelling in your feet or ankles,
  • drowsiness,
  • muscle cramps,
  • irritableness,
  • skin sores,
  • burning in your eyes,
  • red or swollen gums,
  • red or purple skin rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling,
  • tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth
  • cough with mucus,
  • neck stiffness,
  • dry cough,
  • fast or slow heart rate, and
  • blood in your urine or stools,
  • swelling around your midsection,
  • blisters or ulcers in your mouth,
  • sudden chest pain,
  • loss of movement in any part of your body,
  • swollen lymph glands,
  • skin changes such as redness, warmth, swelling, or oozing,
  • coordination problems,
