Joenja (leniolisib tablets)

Joenja (leniolisib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ) syndrome (APDS) in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- back pain,
- fatigue,
- fast heart rate,
- hair loss
- neck pain, and
The following drugs are related to Joenja, either as a replacement or used together:
- Rapamune (sirolimus)
- Rituxan (rituximab)
