Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is an acetylcholine release inhibitor and a neuromuscular blocking agent indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe
glabellar lines (vertical frown lines between the eyebrows, or "11's") associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • wheezing,
  • trouble swallowing,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • trouble breathing,
  • eye pain,
  • pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder, and
  • loss of bladder control,
  • hoarse voice,
  • drooping eyelids,
  • sensitivity to light,
  • Irregular heartbeats
  • vision chances,
  • severely dry eyes,
  • difficulty talking,
  • irritated eyes,
The following drugs are related to Jeuveau, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Botox (botulinum toxin type a)
  • Kybella (deoxycholic acid injection)
  • Restylane (hyaluronic acid dermal filler gel)
  • Restylane-L (hyaluronic acid dermal filler injectable gel with 0.3% lidocaine)
  • Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxin a for injection)
  • Restylane Silk (lidocaine 0.3% injectable gel)
  • Restylane Lyft with Lidocaine (sterile gel of hyaluronic acid)
