Jelmyto (mitomycin for pyelocalyceal solution)

Jelmyto (mitomycin) is an alkylating drug used to treat adult patients with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer (LG-UTUC).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • mouth sores,
  • skin sores,
  • shortness of breath
  • lightheadedness, and
  • blood in your urine,
  • pain or difficult urination,

  • Adstiladrin (nadofaragene firadenovec-vncg suspension, for intravesical use)
