Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib tablets)
type of Antineoplastic Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors
Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) after at least two lines of systemic therapy, including a BTK inhibitor.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, and
- abnormal blood lab results (decreased neutrophil count, lymphocyte count and platelet count)
