Jakafi (ruxolitinib)

Jakafi (ruxolitinib) is a kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of intermediate or high-risk types of myelofibrosis, a potentially life-threatening blood cancer
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- night sweats,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- weakness,
- cough,
- mouth sores,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- skin sores,
- general ill feeling,
- weight loss, and
- problems with speech, thought, vision, or muscle movement,
- blisters or painful skin rash,
- changes in the size, shape, or color of a mole or skin lesion,
- feeling very tired
