Jaimiess (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets)

Jaimiess (levonorgestrel/ethinyl estradiol and ethinyl estradiol) is combination of female hormones (a combined oral contraceptive, or COC) indicated for use by women to prevent pregnancy. Jaimiess is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nausea,
• upper stomach pain,
• loss of appetite,
• dark urine,
• fever,
• tiredness,
• clay-colored stools,
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
• pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
• severe headache,
• blurred vision,
• pounding in your neck or ears,
• sweating,
• weakness,
• chest pain or pressure,
• sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body),
• slurred speech,
• coughing up blood,
• sudden vision loss,
• mood changes
• swelling or redness in an arm or leg,
• stabbing chest pain,
• tiredness, and
• swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet,
• sleep problems,
• balance problems,
• feeling short of breath,
• changes in the pattern or severity of migraine headaches,
• a breast lump,
