Ninlaro (ixazomib capsules)
type of Antineoplastics Proteasome Inhibitors
Ninlaro (ixazomib) is a proteasome inhibitor indicated in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy.
The drug is often used to treat Multiple myeloma .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- upper stomach pain,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- tiredness,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- blurred vision,
- constipation,
- back pain,
- cough,
- sore throat,
- burning eyes,
- skin pain,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- mouth sores,
- swelling in your hands or feet,
- rapid weight gain,
- pain,
- decreased urination,
- skin sores,
- swollen gums,
- severe ongoing nausea,
- numbness or tingling,
- nosebleeds,
- weakness in your arms or legs,
- new or worsening skin rash,
- dry or red eyes,
- cold symptoms,
- burning feeling in your hands or feet,
- flu-like symptoms, and
- tingly or painful blistering rash on one side of your body
