Tibsovo (ivosidenib tablets)

Tibsovo (ivosidenib tablets) is an isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a susceptible IDH1 mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- itching
- fainting,
- weakness,
- painful urination,
- fast or irregular heartbeat,
- rash, and
- change in the amount of urine,
- muscle or joint pain,
- muscle spasms,
- severe dizziness,
- low back or side pain,
- numbness or tingling skin,
- pain or bloody urine,
