Zenatane (isotretinoin capsules)

Zenatane (isotretinoin) is a retinoid used to treat severe recalcitrant nodular acne. Zenatane is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- back pain,
- sore throat,
- burning eyes,
- skin pain,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- increased thirst,
- increased urination,
- hallucinations,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- fast heart rate,
- ringing in your ears,
- muscle or joint pain,
- heartburn,
- severe headaches,
- vision problems, and
- pain behind your eyes
- bone pain,
- crying spells,
- feelings of low self-worth,
- loss of interest in things you once enjoyed,
- new sleep problems,
- pain when swallowing,
- rectal bleeding,
- upper stomach pain (may spread to your back),
- unusual mood changes,
- problems with your vision or hearing,
- thoughts about hurting yourself,
- severe stomach or chest,
