Sarclisa (isatuximab-irfc injection)

Sarclisa (isatuximab-irfc) is a CD38-directed cytolytic antibody used, in combination with pomalidomide and dexamethasone, to treat adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior therapies including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor

The drug is often used to treat Multiple myeloma .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• diarrhea,
• anemia,
• low white blood cell count (neutropenia),
• upper respiratory tract infection,
• pneumonia,
• infusion-related reactions (shortness of breath, high blood pressure, and bronchospasm),
• low lymphocytes (lymphopenia), and
• low platelets (thrombocytopenia)
