Invega Trinza (paliperidone palmitate extended-release injectable suspension)

Invega Trinza (paliperidone palmitate) extended-release, a 3-month injection, is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia in patients after they have been adequately treated with Invega Sustenna (1-month paliperidone palmitate extended-release injectable suspension) for at least four months.
The drug is often used to treat Schizophrenia .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- chills,
- fluttering in your chest,
- seizure,
- weight gain,
- trouble swallowing,
- sore throat,
- increased thirst,
- increased urination,
- fruity breath odor,
- mouth sores,
- very stiff (rigid) muscles,
- impotence,
- fast or pounding heartbeats,
- sudden dizziness,
- penis erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or longer,
- hunger,
- fainting
- nipple discharge,
- changes in menstrual periods,
- tremors or shaking in your arms or legs,
- any new or unusual muscle movements you cannot control,
- breast swelling (in women or men),
- high fever, and
