Intrarosa (prasterone) vaginal insert is a steroid indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe difficult or painful sexual intercourse (dyspareunia), a symptom of vulvar and vaginal atrophy, due to menopause.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- itching,
- rash,
- severe dizziness, and
- trouble breathing
- swelling of the face, tongue, or throat,
