Renflexis (infliximab-abda injection)

Renflexis (infliximab-abda) for Injection is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for Crohn's disease, pediatric Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and plaque psoriasis.

The drug is often used to treat Ankylosing spondylitis , Psoriatic arthritis , Ulcerative colitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • fever,
  • night sweats,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • weight loss,
  • chills,
  • joint pain or swelling,
  • chest pain,
  • tingling,
  • vision problems,
  • seizure,
  • severe headache,
  • headache,
  • cough,
  • sore throat,
  • flu symptoms,
  • sudden numbness or weakness,
  • right-sided upper stomach pain,
  • rapid weight gain,
  • extreme tiredness,
  • feeling unwell,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • muscle pain,
  • problems with your balance,
  • numbness or tingling,
  • severe dizziness,
  • itchiness,
  • stomach pain or swelling,
  • weakness in your arms or legs,
  • pain or tightness in your throat,
  • skin redness or scaly patches,
  • raised bumps filled with pus,
  • pain, warmth or redness of the skin,
  • shin changes,
  • new growths on the skin,
  • skin rash on your checks or arms (worsens in sunlight);
  • shortness of breath with swelling of your ankles or feet,
  • trouble speaking or understand what is said to you,
  • swollen glands (in your neck, armpits, or groin), and
  • feeling constantly tired
