Truseltiq (infigratinib capsules)

Truseltiq (infigratinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with previously treated, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma with a fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) fusion or other rearrangement as detected by an FDA-approved test.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• vomiting,
• diarrhea,
• blurred vision,
• constipation,
• dry mouth,
• joint pain,
• fatigue,
• abdominal pain,
• hair loss,
• dry skin,
• decreased platelets,
• decreased lymphocytes,
• decreased hemoglobin,
• increased creatinine,
• changes in taste,
• dry eye,
• decreased appetite,
• increased alkaline phosphatase,
• decreased leukocytes,
• increased alanine aminotransferase,
• decreased albumin,
• decreased sodium,
• increased lipase,
• increased aspartate aminotransferase,
• nail toxicity,
• sores and inflammation inside the mouth,
• hand-foot syndrome (palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia syndrome,)
• eyelash changes,
• increased or decreased phosphate,
• increased calcium,
• increased triglycerides,
• increased urate,
• increased bilirubin, and
• decreased potassium.

• Platinol (cisplatin for injection)
• Platinol-AQ (cisplatin injection)
• Eloxatin (oxaliplatin injection)
• Gemzar (gemcitabine hcl)

• Pemazyre (pemigatinib tablets)
