Octreoscan (indium in -111 pentetreotide kit) is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical used for the scintigraphic localization of primary and metastatic neuroendocrine tumors bearing somatostatin receptors.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• fever,
• dizziness,
• joint pain,
• headache,
• low blood pressure (hypotension),
• flushing,
• weakness
• sweating, and
• changes in liver enzymes,
