Inderal XL (inderal xl propranolol hydrochloride capsules)

Inderal XL (propranolol hydrochloride) extended-release capsules is a beta adrenergic blocker indicated for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension), to lower blood pressure.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • loss of appetite,
  • itching,
  • dark urine,
  • fever,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • confusion,
  • tiredness,
  • clay-colored stools,
  • dizziness,
  • vision problems,
  • swelling,
  • headache,
  • wheezing,
  • sweating,
  • weakness,
  • sore throat,
  • loss of consciousness
  • drowsiness,
  • rapid weight gain,
  • depression,
  • irritability,
  • hallucinations,
  • feeling cold,
  • fast heart rate,
  • sudden weakness,
  • hunger,
  • burning in your eyes, and
  • loss of coordination,
  • fussiness,
  • feeling jittery,
  • slow or uneven heartbeats,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes,
  • seizure, and
  • cold feeling in your hands and feet,
  • Serious side effects specific to babies:
  • blue or purple skin,
  • crying,
  • not wanting to eat,
  • weak or shallow breathing (breathing may stop for short periods),
