Inderal (propranolol hydrochloride) is a beta-adrenergic receptor blocking agent used for control of hypertension. Inderal is available as a generic.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- lightheadedness,
- tiredness,
- dizziness,
- constipation,
- vision changes,
- stomach cramps,
- impotence, or
- sleep problems (insomnia or unusual dreams),
- deceased sex drive,
- difficulty having an orgasm.
