Rhophylac (immune globulin intravenous (human) solution)

Rhophylac (immune globulin intravenous human solution) is a solution made from human blood used to prevent an immune response to Rh positive blood in people with an Rh negative blood type. Rhophylac may also be used in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- rash,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chills,
- rapid breathing,
- chest pain,
- back pain,
- swelling,
- dark colored urine,
- sudden numbness or weakness,
- rapid weight gain,
- slurred speech,
- problems with vision or balance,
- shaking,
- chest tightness,
- fast heart rate,
- pale or yellowed skin,
- coughing up blood, and
- little or no urinating,
- unusual weakness,
- red or pink urine,
- swelling with redness and warmth in one or both legs
