Imlygic (talimogene laherparepvec) suspension for intralesional injection is a genetically modified oncolytic viral therapy indicated for the local treatment of unresectable cutaneous, subcutaneous, and nodal lesions in patients with melanoma recurrent after initial surgery.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,

• fever,
• chills,
• dizziness,
• injection site pain,
• constipation,
• headache,
• fatigue,
• abdominal pain,
• pain in extremities,
• weight loss
• influenza-like illness,
